Order Dispatch and Shipping
- All beauty and skincare products are dispatched only after full payment has been successfully received
- Estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout and included in the Order Confirmation. These estimates are indicative and may vary depending on the delivery location and courier service availability
- Orders are shipped using recognized courier partners to facilitate secure and timely delivery of all items
Customer Delivery Responsibilities
- Customers are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date delivery information when placing an order
- We shall not be responsible for delays, unsuccessful deliveries, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer
Transfer of Risk and Ownership
- The risk of loss or damage to the product(s) transfers to the customer upon successful delivery to the specified address
- Legal title and ownership of the product(s) pass to the customer upon delivery, subject to receipt of full payment
Delivery Limitations
- We shall not be liable for delivery delays arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier service disruptions, customs clearance processes, adverse weather conditions, or force majeure events
